Order Processing
Orders begin processing immediately after payment has been successfully authorized.
Normal processing time is 1–3 business days.
During periods of increased demand, holidays, promotional events, or product launches, processing may require additional time. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified by email whenever possible.
Orders cannot always be modified or cancelled once processing has started.

The selected carrier depends on warehouse location, destination country, and shipping efficiency.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking information may require 2–5 business days before becoming active within the carrier's tracking system.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions for selected countries or minimum purchase amounts.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections.
Import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs handling fees imposed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer whenever applicable.
Holy Span has no control over customs procedures or local governmental charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is supplied:
- delays may occur;
- additional shipping costs may apply;
- returned parcels may require repayment of shipping charges before reshipment.
Holy Span cannot guarantee recovery of packages delivered according to the address provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the shipment appears lost during transit, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment directly with the logistics provider.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- a replacement shipment;
- store credit;
- another suitable resolution based on the carrier's investigation.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates "Delivered" but the parcel cannot be located, customers should:
- verify the delivery address;
- check with family members or neighbors;
- contact the local delivery carrier.
Holy Span will gladly assist in investigating the matter but cannot automatically issue refunds for shipments officially marked as delivered.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities.
Customers may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries on different dates.
Force Majeure
Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- severe weather;
- customs inspections;
- transportation disruptions;
- strikes;
- natural disasters;
- governmental restrictions;
- international logistics interruptions.
Holy Span cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from these events.
